394 Royal Street

Embarking on a real estate photography adventure is always an exciting journey. My recent shoot at 394 Royal Street in Thunder Bay was no exception. The whole gig came about through the connection of a good friend, Meagan Griffin. Megan is a fantastic Real Estate Agent at Signature North Realty Inc. Meagan reached out to me with a photography request. She asked me to capture the essence of the house in bright HDR. Without hesitation, I assured her it was a task I could handle. Then we promptly set a date for the shoot.
The day of the shoot dawned. Our first order of business was to ensure the exterior of the property was camera-ready. Clearing the driveway of cars and removing any unwanted clutter from the outdoor area. This set the stage for capturing the home in its best light. Thankfully, the weather was on our side. We had a stunning blue sky and a lower sun that cast intriguing shadows. This lighting adding an extra layer of dimension to the photographs. Opting for a longer focal length, usually around 50mm to 85mm, contributed to showcasing the exterior details of the property.
