We recently filmed a stunning high end property on Mackenzie Beach Road, perched right on the shores of Lake Superior. This enormous, cottage style home featured spectacular views that deserved more than just interior footage. To fully capture its beauty, we added breathtaking drone video to our production. This gave potential buyers a sweeping view of both the luxurious home and its unbeatable natural surroundings something that simply cannot be communicated through photos alone.
Cozy Family Charm
On the other end of the spectrum, we shot a cozy, affordable family home on Carl Street. While it was the lowest priced home of the three, it was full of charm. We used smooth camera movement and natural lighting to highlight its clean, modern kitchen, dining area, and living space. Our 360 camera allowed us to open the video with a unique front yard perspective, then speed ramped around to the backyard adding fun and flow to the tour.

The Lynx Crescent home was a stylish midrange listing. For this shoot, we went vertical filming specifically for social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok. This format made it easy for agents to share and for buyers to watch instantly on their phones.
