Because this enormous, cottage-style home featured spectacular views, it deserved more than just interior footage. Therefore, we added breathtaking drone video to the production. As a result, potential buyers could see both the luxurious home and its natural surroundings—a perspective that photos alone simply cannot provide. On the other end of the spectrum, we filmed a cozy, affordable family home on Carl Street. Although it was the most modestly priced property of the three, it was full of charm and character, and we wanted every frame to reflect that.
Using smooth camera movement and natural lighting, we highlighted the home’s clean, modern kitchen, dining area, and living space. The goal was to make the space feel warm, inviting, and move-in ready for a young family.
We also used our 360 camera to open the video with a unique front yard perspective, then speed-ramped to the backyard, adding energy and flow to the tour. Modern Midrange Homes Designed for Social Media
The Lynx Crescent home was a stylish midrange listing, and this shoot gave us the opportunity to think strategically about how buyers actually discover properties today. More and more people are finding listings through Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms, so we filmed this property vertically to match how those videos are watched.
Shooting in a vertical format meant the agent could share the video instantly without any editing or reformatting. Buyers scrolling on their phones got a full-screen, immersive look at the home without ever leaving their feed.
